Is this normal in early pregnancy?

I've just just got my BFP and am thrilled. However for the last few days( I'm 5 weeks gone) I've been getting a dull ache in my tummy not unlike my period coming and a sore lower back. I'm concerned its a sign of a misscarriage as my mum had many before she had me and many after me. Please help.
