What does the warning label on the water bottle that Yahoo Answers gave me mean?

Don't sweat it, it's just a California legal thing. These sorts of labels are on absolutely everything in California. Seriously, it's to the point of absolute ridiculousness--god forbid if they ever actually said something important, as no one pays any attention to them anymore.
