Why do the isotopes of the same element have the same atomic size?

Isotopes differ in their nuclei, but the size of the atom is determined by the the electrons that surround the nucleus. Since isotopes of the same element all have the same number of electrons, those electrons all take up the same amount of space around the nuclei, even though the nuclei may be SLIGHTLY different sizes.
