Must go to this pool party!!!?

its not to early to use a tampon. For your very first time depending on your period you should use thin tampons. Read the instructions on the packet carefully. For your first time you might find the tampon doesnt go in as easy as you think. only when you first insert it you may rub vaseline on the tampon this acts as a type of lube and the tampon should slide in quite easily. Just remember to relax and if neccessary place a mirror between your legs and squat as you insert it on a slant pushing towards your lower back with the cord hanging out the tampon should be pushed all the way in. If its inserted properly you wont feel any discomfort if it feels awkward thats okay it will take some time to get used to. Remember to change it every 2-4 hours or you could get tss (toxic shock syndrome) ultimately when your ready is your decision if you feel your not ready than dont stress it you can still go to the party but just maybe sit on the edge of the pool
