Resume help in computer programming field help?

I am creating a resume, I want to put down that I know C++ or Java, but I'm not exactly sure if I am qualified to put them down..... I have taken 3 semesters of programming, 1 semester of embly language programming, 1 semester of discrete mathematics. With the programming courses, it was... intro to comp prog, intermed comp prog, and data structures and algorithms as the last semester... Do I know enough of that language to put it down on my resume?
