What Is A Good Black Matte Nail Polish?

The polish used in the picture is OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Matte. I'm a little confused why the blogger posted that picture because those aren't her nails, and that's not how the person did their nails in the picture. But the person used Lincoln Park After Dark Matte over the entire nail then taped off the tip and painted it with a clear top coat to make just the tips shiny. Simple as that :)
