Anyone agree with this on the NFL?

The current "pay scale" is adequate. Some positions get more pay than others. Superstars get more money than good or just adequate players. Producing a winner is like putting together a jig-saw puzzle. It's done 1-piece-at-a-time. Why should a good player makes less just because the team has trouble winning?
