Im 19 what are my chances of getting a 5000 loan?

There is a dodge ram 1500 with 120,000 miles brand new tranmission for sell, the guy is going into airforce and just wants the payoff, he wanting 5000 for it , I have only a few bills i make18.00 hour(production job) and my parents will consign. But im not sure if theyll allow me loan or not due to my age.
