Should the Fairness Doctrine be re-instituted in America?

I am in a bit of a dilemma, I have a final on the 9th and it is a debate. Well as you can see the topic is the "Fairness Doctrine", I am on the affirmative side and I have not come across any good research that can back me up. Is there anyone out there with a little knowledge on this subject? Any one for this? help me find some "pro" points please!
