If you're that scared then don't do it. They usually will show you a video of what will be done. Did you watch it? If you do the one at home they will just show you where to place everything. It sounds like you have worked yourself into a tizzy over this. Take a deep breath and ask them more questions before your appt. They will be glad to answer them.
