Are there poisonous planets?

That is a difficult question. The problem is that we haven't landed any devices on the surface of any planet that is capable of determining exactly what it contains. Although we can make educated guesses based on things like spectrographic evidence, we are not able to really determine what is below the surface. Is it possible? Sure. Anything is possible. We just don't have evidence of it.
