Hi,my husband has been sleeping for two days sayd he has tightness in his chest?

coughing up green mucus with blood in it,and when he blows his nose same thing.Of course not eating because he was vomiting as well with blood streaks in it,which the vomiting has not happened yet today,he feels short of breath,just drained. He just finished a antibiotic from having a upper respiratory infection seem to go away at first and came back with these awful symptoms. So I think its pneumonia or bronchitis, he says it will go away and just is going to sleep! anyone think i might be right or agree with him let it run?
