I am scared please help me?

i have A IPOD right well i really wanted the social network so i didn't have money to buy it from itunes so i downloaded it from ares. at the beginning it says u know the fbi stuff but it also says the movie has a tracker or whatever i guess if it is in ares its free right and the text at the beginning is like in cheap video edit just tell me if i should worry
