Which should I use to clean my LCD screens?

Right now I am using a cleaning kit to clean my TV/PC Screens. The cleaning kit is made by Rocketfish, I think I got it at Best Buy. Anyways it came with a microfiber cloth and the solution, they both do a horrible job. I have streaks everywhere, it chipped a few pieces of my screen off on my TV because the cloth isn't "flat" it has little bumpy things that stick out. Should I buy a new cloth and some distilled water or buy Dust Off brand LCD wipes?
